Document Preparation Tips
All non-English documents must be officially translated by a certified translator
Certified true copies may be required — we advise on authentication requirements
Documents from certain countries may require notarisation, apostille or legalisation
Start gathering documents early — some items (like police clearance) can take 4–8 weeks
Keep digital copies of all documents for backup and easy sharing
Bank statements should show consistent balances meeting your category requirement
Medical examination must be completed in Malaysia at an approved facility
Document requirements are subject to change based on official Malaysian government policy updates. Always verify the latest requirements before preparing your application.
